Jay Cee Welding was started by John Fraider in 1985. 30 years later and John is still actively involved in all aspects of his company, especially site tasks, Health & Safety and production.

Mike Vinkenvleugel

Contracts Manager

Running the contracts side of the business, Mike is also a long term steel guy with over 40 years in the industry. Mike gets involved in pricing, negotiations and assisting John with other key tasks.

Maya Cross

Office manager

Office manager and go-to-girl is Maya Cross who has a wealth of experience in administration and has been John's PA and saviour for over 15 years.

Ash Haque

Workshop Manager

Workshop management is carried out by Ash Haque who is also a long timer with Jay cee Welding having served with John for 15 years. Ash is a time-served tradesman and has a huge range of mechanical skills to help lead the workshop.

Senior rigger and Site Leader is Mohammed Ikbal.
